  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility and may be required upon delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Assets Long Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.

  • If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Refund Policy – Assets Long Hair

At Assets Long Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions and beauty products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure you receive the best products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used hair extensions, wigs, or haircare products.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team at assets.inc.365@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

No Refunds on Damaged or Broken Items

  • We do not provide refunds for items that are broken or damaged after delivery.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos as proof. We will review the case and may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds & Processing

  • Approved refunds (for eligible cases) will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued only as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the case.

Final Sale Items

  • All custom orders, clearance items, and promotional sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Assets Long Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
